TIP!Tuesday: Do Not Travel Again Until You Know This Android Trick
This week's tip is a quick phone tip that can help you identify what you are looking at before you miss the moment.
TL;DR
There is an Android feature that lets you search what is on your screen by circling it. I discovered it while traveling in London, and now I wish I had known about it much sooner.

The Travel Tip I Wish I Knew Sooner
This week's TIP!Tuesday takes a tiny detour from Microsoft 365 because this Android tip was too good not to share.
While traveling in London, we were having trouble with our phone connection and stopped to get a SIM card. The person helping us showed me a feature on my Android phone that immediately made me say, "How did I not know this already?"
You can press and hold the home button, circle something on your screen, and Android will search what you circled.
That means if you are looking at a landmark, flower, building, sign, or something you cannot quite identify, your phone can help figure it out.
Why This Matters When You Travel
Think about how often you are in a new place and wonder:
What building is that?
What kind of flower is this?
What does that sign mean?
Is this a famous landmark?
What am I even looking at?
In the video, I show how this worked with London landmarks like Tower Bridge and the London Eye. I also used it to identify a purple flower as English lavender.
It is simple, fast, and one of those features that makes you wonder what else your phone has been hiding from you.

This is easier to see than explain, so watch the video and try it on your own phone before your next trip.
Small tips like this can save time, reduce confusion, and help you explore with a little more confidence.
